We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all returns.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way; items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective); gift cards; and intimate or hygiene-sensitive products such as underwear and swimwear.
To start a return, email us at info@gnefshng.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorisation from our team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, GNEFSHNG will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a full refund instead. For exchange orders, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. In line with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods.
